Meijiyoteki
Meiji period, dating to before 1885 / Book, typeset on paper
A literary magazine put together by Suzuki and friends such as Sakutarō Fujioka (1870-1910) in 1885 while they were attending the Ishikawa-ken Senmon Gakkō School. The magazine was a tool for the contributors to study and learn through writing and critiquing each other's work. In later years, Daisetz told of how "we would barge into the printer's shop and set the press up so we wouldn't be late [in getting it published.]"
